EYE OF GOD:
Do you believe in GOD?
Well, if you are not an atheist then I do believe that you really believe in GOD, such a one that has great faith in him.
This is my confession:
“.. I have thought of GOD as a somebody up there who is listening to our prayers, looking on to what are the things that we kept on doing be it good or bad.. and so on.”
Well, I do think there’s nothing wrong with that perception that I have.
But, I just have realized that there must be something in here that is missing.
You know, all of us have beliefs that varies from person to person. We all do have our own understanding of what and who GOD is. And that is fine actually, a natural tendency that is visible in humanity.
But you know what. The God that I believe in is someone more than just a God. I do appreciate the faith that one has on another Gods like Vishnu, Krishna, and so on. And they teach actually good and healthy things to you. But, let me tell you what my God makes a great difference when compared to them.
You know, when we face close-to-death experience from time to time and the most natural response that I could see is that ALL OF US, calls on God on that specific time. We may not know who are we calling for, we may not really know what he is like, but we call on him. And we thank him after-wards.
THE ALTAR OF THE UNKNOWN GOD:
There was a God of the Greek that Has No Name, which holds every end of the Universe (in one hand). HE is the GOd of the Universe! What makes me stand in awe was that almost nobody worship that certain God of them. For some reason I don’t know, they devote themselves to Aries, Hera, Aphrodite, but to this God: No one.
I remembered what I’ve read according to the Jewish Scriptures, Genesis, that it is only on Noah’s lifetime, men started calling God by name. That pertains to their God, YHWH, My God MY Elohim.
There are a lot of Gods and goddesses that I know which are nothing but myths. There are a lot of gods also that are anything but purely Human concepts. I do admit I do sometimes ridicule those that worship those things. But now, I realize that my ridiculous statements don’t help them see what my God seems to be.
What makes me Proud of My God is the fact that HE IS MORE THAN JUST A GOD. He is a father to the fatherless. The strength of the weak. The defender of the oppressed. The righteous judge. The one who blesses the lowly and humble. The one who likes to use broken things for his Glory. The one who can do every impossible things. HE made the Heavens, the Stars, and the Sky without even moving his hand to mold them.
And who can beat the one whose uncontainable. The very end of his robe filled the Sports-Dome-Big Temple.
Who can beat the one who has at least 37,000,000,000,000 human being living today yet not one of them is forgotten by him.
Yes, He is Holy, His Holiness can kill you. But His mercy endures forever!
An Ever loving God who’s there to support you.
A father who’s always there to love you in your most desperate times.
More than all this let me tell you the Greatest thing that at least no one did and no one can do, but HE did for me. . . . To be continued
